Terms of Service

Effective date: September 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using migr8 ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and migr8 (operated by Krtitva Technologies FZ LLC). Your continued use of the Service following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

migr8 is an automated cloud migration and deployment platform that helps users move applications built on Lovable.dev to their own cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.

The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Scanning and analyzing Lovable project repositories
  • Generating migration packages and deployment configurations
  • Provisioning cloud infrastructure on behalf of users using credentials they supply
  • Deploying containerized applications to cloud platforms
  • Tracking deployment status and reporting results in real time

Important: migr8 is a deployment automation tool. We act as your agent when provisioning infrastructure — the resulting cloud resources are created in your cloud account, billed directly to you by the relevant cloud provider. We are not responsible for cloud provider costs, charges, or resource limits.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using migr8, you represent that you meet these requirements.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Accounts & Access

You may sign in to migr8 using a supported OAuth provider (currently Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

You agree to: (a) provide accurate information; (b) not share your credentials with third parties; (c) notify us immediately at pb@krtitva.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

5. Cloud Credentials & Third-Party Services

To provision infrastructure on your behalf, you must supply credentials for the target cloud provider (AWS access key and secret, GCP service-account token, or Azure service-principal token). By providing these credentials you acknowledge:

  • Manually-entered credentials are used in-memory only. A pasted GCP service-account key, Azure client secret, or AWS secret access key is transmitted directly to the relevant provisioning API and is never written to our database, never logged, and never stored on our servers.
  • Connecting an account (GCP/Azure) is different. If you use the "Connect" flow instead of pasting a key, we store the resulting refresh token encrypted, scoped to the specific project you connected it to, so you don't have to reconnect on every visit. You can disconnect at any time from that project's Admin page, which deletes the stored token.
  • You are solely responsible for the permissions you grant to credentials provided to migr8. We strongly recommend following the principle of least privilege (e.g., using the provided IAM bootstrap template for AWS).
  • Any cloud resources created through the Service — compute instances, databases, storage buckets, load balancers, DNS records — are created in your cloud account and billed directly to you by the cloud provider. migr8 has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, those charges.
  • You agree not to provide credentials belonging to a third party without their explicit authorization.
  • If a deployment fails, migr8 will record the failure status but will not automatically tear down partially created resources. You are responsible for reviewing and cleaning up any partial resources in your cloud account.

6. GitHub Integration

migr8 optionally connects to GitHub via OAuth to enumerate your repositories and read source code for migration analysis. By connecting GitHub you authorize us to:

  • Read your public and private repository metadata
  • Download repository source code (as a ZIP archive) once per migration run for analysis and deployment

When you connect GitHub to a specific project, the resulting access token is stored encrypted and scoped to that project only — a different project may use a different GitHub account entirely. We do not write to your GitHub repositories with this token. You may disconnect it at any time from that project's Admin page, or revoke migr8's GitHub access entirely via your GitHub account settings. A separate, one-time token you may paste to push a generated migration package to a new repository is used once and never stored.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including export control laws
  • Deploy applications that distribute malware, facilitate unauthorized access to systems, or engage in fraud
  • Circumvent billing or usage controls of cloud providers or ofmigr8
  • Use the Service to provision infrastructure for cryptocurrency mining without authorization from the relevant cloud provider
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability ofmigr8 systems
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to investigate and terminate accounts found to be in violation of this section.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to the Service, including your source code and cloud configurations. You grant migr8 a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or required by applicable law.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any migration will complete successfully or result in a fully functional deployment; (c) the Service is compatible with all Lovable project configurations, frameworks, or cloud provider account types.

Cloud provider APIs, rate limits, regional availability, and pricing are outside our control and may change without notice. Deployments are subject to the terms, availability, and limitations of the respective cloud provider.
